We are very pleased with the service we’ve had from Castfireplaces. We were left alone to browse in the showroom to browse with Mark available next door to answer questions. When we did make our choice Mark made a particularly helpful suggestion that we hadn’t considered but we realised was just what we wanted. Our order was delivered in the specified time slot. The delivery driver was helpful and there was nothing too heavy to carry through a rather awkward house
