We are a Limited company owned by myself Mark Adams and my wife Rhian, we are based in Ripley Derbyshire and our fireplace factory is based in Langley Mill which is about 5 miles from us

We are proud to be a small company who have a hands on approach to our business its not unusual to have your fireplace delivered by me or even meet me at our premises to view our large stock range in between this and the factory I am also to be found at my pc answering emails sometimes when I should be sleeping.

Rhian is more office based sorting out invoices, orders and customer queries and answering the phone.

We do have a delivery driver who drives one of our sign written fireplace vans delivering all over the UK and another employee who makes nothing but timber surrounds for us

So that’s us just 4 of us no commission driven sales people so you can expect a pleasant hassle free buying experience for all our fires and Fireplaces

We believe in our Family based business that we offer a service that cannot be obtained from any other company with our traditional customer service values that’s all too often lost on faceless websites we are here to help you get the fireplace of your dreams at a discount price

We only sell brand new fireplaces that are of the best quality on the market we never sell seconds or factory rejects buying from us is the same product you may have seen in a local shop or in other peoples houses.

All our fireplaces are delivered by us in our own vans and taken into your house and placed wherever you want it blankets are then removed and item inspected all this is done in our own unique 1-hour timed delivery slot service,

For all our London and Southern areas we deliver on a Sunday so no more days off work and with our 1 hour timed delivery service no waiting in all day either
