Well after another busy day delivering to Ipswich with a van load of Gallery Fireplaces for just one customer so I was back for 11am and even stopped for breakfast I wish all deliveries were that easy.
Anyway that finally brings me on to our final feature which is the Best Selling Firebasket of the month which is The Pulse Firebasket we have had this basket on special offer for a month now with a gas insert as we have 6 of them in stock we now only have 3 at a never to be repeated price.
This basket is quite modern in looks and like the Cottage basket is reversible with Black on one side and Chrome on the other so you can choose which side you like best before installation.
The gas fire is decorative flame effect which comes with coals as standard but we can add logs pebbles or driftwood for £35 depending on what type of gas fire look you are after.
As we only have 3 left please snap up this bargain as there not likely to last the month out at this price especially as on the website update will be category for crazy deals which are items at giveaway prices for our customers to snap up so keep your eyes out for this section.

The last category we feature in our monthly best sellers is the Fire basket section and this month it is one of our Traditional Fire Baskets that is the winner and it is the turn of the The Victorian Basket
I think this is one of the best Victorian styled fire baskets on the market and is a classic design which is practical too as it takes a good sized log or a good shovel of coal too.
Available in Black or Highlighted finish and for use with gas, electric or solid fuel use this fire basket can be used in most situations.
The dimensions for this basket make it simple to fit in most fireplace openings, as it is not too big
500mm Wide 315mm Deep 510mm High so have a measure up and allow a little room either side of the basket so it doesn’t look to cramped in the chimneybreast opening.
This month all the baskets we have sold have been for solid fuel use (Real Fire) which is strange as we normally sell a couple of gas ones too I cant really remember the last time we sold a basket for electric use as most people use them as a real fire option as its just a matter of placing basket on the hearth area and lighting a fire.
This no fuss method of having an instant fire without any fitting costs is why fire baskets are so appealing to our customers so if you are looking at buying a basket have a loom through our sections and see what we here at castfireplaces have to offer you

Fire baskets are one range we are in the process of really increasing into our ever popular range of gallery fireplaces and in particular the Fire basket suites we offer are going to increase over the next few weeks to offer a range suitable for gas, electric and solid fuel use.
The month of July was a busy month for fireplaces but to be honest we only sold one Firebasket and that was the Elan with Back Firebasket in Full Polished finish for solid fuel use.
This basket is one of the best-looking gallery baskets we offer and is available in Black or Full Polish Finish. We also offer it without a cast back too and without the two round knobs on the front but in my opinion it looks better with the back on and for solid fuel purposes is better as you can pile the fuel higher without worrying it may fall off the back.
It also has a decent sized area for burning solid fuel use and the basket dimensions themselves are as follows
455mm wide
300mm depth
385mm high
So as you can see its nearly 18” wide which will allow for a log bigger than what can fit in most of our multi fuel stoves so if you do fancy a real open fire with a basket as the main feature you don’t need to look much further than the Elan or one of our many other gallery fireplaces Baskets for the perfect open fire to warm any cold winter night.

The last best selling feature of the month is the Fire Baskets section and this month the winner is The Large Nexus Basket This Basket is in our Contemporary basket section and has always been one of our better selling firebasket. It’s very simple in design and is available for use with gas and solid fuel. It comes in a Black or Chrome finish however the Chrome Basket is only suitable for display or gas purposes, as the chrome will flake off if used for solid fuel use. The Black version can be used for Display, Gas and Solid fuel use
The basket is a really good size and is 760mm wide and 405mm deep so you do need a large opening to fit this in. If this is to big have a look at its smaller brother the Small Nexus, which is 610mm wide x 315mm deep.
Both these baskets have a good area for burning real logs on so you can throw a good log on then sit back and relax and watch the fire burn away. Is there anything better than throwing small bits of tree onto a fire and hear it crackling and the gorgeous smell and ambiance of flames.
This months best seller was the Black Version for solid fuel use which comes with an ash pan which is ideal for cleaning away all the debris after the wood or coal has burnt away see photograph below for this featured best selling Fire Basket of June.

Cast Fireplaces also sell firebaskets via our website we sell the gallery range of Traditional and Contemporary baskets and we have a section for each on our website. This brings me to this May’s best selling fire basket which is the Large Cottage Basket. This basket is classed as a Traditional basket but I think that it looks at home in any house modern or traditional. The basket is suitable for Gas and solid fuel and is great for solid fuel as its really high and will take a giant of a log. We have even supplied this Fire Basket for gas use to one of our local pubs so every time I go in I see a little bit of work (not after a few beers let me say). The Cottage Basket is unique in the Gallery range as its Black on one side and Full Polished on the other so if you are using it for solid fuel use its simple just to pick up and turn it around to give a different look how is that for a feature two baskets for the price of one? For £189 I think it’s an absolute bargain.
We offer two sizes of this Cottage basket simply called Small Cottage Basket and Large Cottage Basket both in the same reversible finish and the small basket is cheaper at £169.
I have posted two pictures of the basket below showing the two different sides black and polished for you all to see the features of this basket we do keep them in stock so delivery wouldn’t be long if you want to order one of these firebaskets plus we only charge £25 for firebasket delivery too.
