Since we opened our new showroom at our factory in Langley Mill more and more people are wanting to come and see the gallery range of fireplaces and stoves we have on offer.
We are online retailers and have no desire to be a high street fireplace shop and never advertise in local papers etc some people will wonder why but is not what i want to do we are the best at online retailing and thats what we will continue to do.
We do have our showroom for our customers wanting to come and touch and feel fireplaces or stoves before purchasing and the majority of these customers have found us online.
We do get a lot of local people coming to view our showroom and all of these have been from finding us online or a friends recommendation this has meant more regular viewing times and we are normally there Monday Wednesday Fridays and Saturday mornings.
We only have viewings by appointment as we are not always at the factory and my time is based between the office and at Langley Mill so please do not turn up without an appointment as were not always there.
We have customers visit us from all over the UK as we keep a huge selction of Gallery fireplaces and stoves in stock we do have a better selction than most highstreet shops and often have what you want in stock too.
So come and view our showroom we do not employ sales people out to make a sale the kettle is always on so come and have a drink and see what we can offer you.

Castfireplaces offer our customers when shopping with us the choice of delivery or collection, and collection is a very popular option with customers living quite close to us.
So it makes sense to save you the delivery charge if you want to collect thats why castfireplaces offer this on our website and collection is from our Langley Mill address.
On our Contact us page on our website it gives you the showroom and factory details here you can collect your fireplace or stove from, we do not however keep regular opening hours there so you do need to contact us regarding collection to arrange a time.
This also means we can check we have it in stock for you to collect whenever you are ready, the reason for this post is because we have had customers this week arriving to our office asking to collect items they had ordered and luckily for them they were in stock otherwise it would have been a wasted journey.
So if you wish to view or collect one of our fireplaces or stoves either ring us to arrange or send us an email and we can arrange to meet you at the showroom.

So this morning i was at our fireplace showroom in Langley Mill between 10 and 12 for customers to come and view our showroom and to collect fireplaces and stoves they have ordered.
Its not a cold morning but as always the Firefox 12 stove has been lit in our showroom so customers can see a live solid fuel appliance running and also so they can relax on our leather settee in front of a lovely roaring fire.
We burn smokless fuel on this stove and also logs and i can tell you the heat it gives off is amazing, so i was here early this morning and lit the stove which is roaring away.
A cup of tea in between customers saw me sat on the leather suite just gazing at the flames thinking what a fantastic job i have.
How many other people in whatever jobs you do can take a little time to sit and have a cuppa in front of a roaring fire whilst being at work.
It is these little moments that makes me realise how lucky i am enjoying what we do for a living and meeting nice people too who want to purchase our gallery fireplaces and stoves makes it even better i get paid for it.
So how can i call it work it just seems so perfect but its something that i enjoy doing and will continue to do so see if you like my view of the stove below from the comfort of our sofa theres even my cup of tea in the photo what could be better

What hard work i have

Good morning and im pleased to say Castfireplaces are again open on a Saturday morning for collections and viewing of our fireplace showroom at Langley Mill.
We have customers coming today from Newark, Coventry and York to collect various fireplaces and stoves they have ordered from our website.
Collections are quite popular from our warehouse so our customers do not have to pay a delivery charge and save themselves even more money.
So im sat on our leather corner suite with a cup of tea typing away with our Firefox 12 stove roaring away and im supposed to be at work what a great job i have if i had a bacon sandwich it would be heaven.
So if you wish to come and view our fireplaces and stoves or collect something from the warehouse we are here Saturday mornings 10-12 only.
For other customers who can not make this time slot we do have viewings in the week by appointment only or we are always here Monday, Wednesday and Fridays but please be sure to ring 1st to ensure someone is here to meet you.
Ok im off to sort out a firefox 8 stove our York customer is collecting if i can get moved from my very comfy spot.

Good morning and another cold start and i bet many of you have the stove or fireplace lit this morning warming your house, im sat here in our showroom in front of our Firefox 12 Stove its roaring away and the showroom is lovely and warm.
Well im sat here nice and early with a twinings breakfast tea warming my feet on our leather corner suite and im supposed to be at work what a great job i have.
This morning we have numerous customers coming to collect items and Rhian has just rung to say someone is setting off from Bolton to collect a Classic 5 Clean Burn Stove.
Thats the good thing about Castfireplaces we keep so many fireplaces and stoves here in stock its not just a showroom its more like a factory warehouse with a showroom not only can you view them in our great showroom you can also take them away with you if you want too.
So today is the last saturday we are here untill January and Monday is our final day at the warehouse and showroom before we close for Christmas.
Tuesday we are out doing some local delivery runs and then all the vans will be valeted ready for the busy January they will have.
Just one more thing Wednesday is our suppliers christams booze-fest which of course we are going to and im looking forward to it so don’t ring me wednesday i propably will not make any sense.

Good morning
Im sat here at our showroom in Langley Mill this morning and i now have 15 minutes before our last customer of the day arrives to collect a 42″ pine bedford mantel they have ordered.
Im sat typing away on our large leather corner suite perched infront of our Firefox 12 Stove which is roaring away and i must admit its lovely.
Every Saturday we are here from 10-12 for customers to come and collect items they have ordered and also for others to view the range of Fireplaces and Stoves we have at our showroom.
It has been a busy morning with people collecting stoves and others ordering fireplaces to be delivered from stock next week, most of our customers on a saturday are local but again today we have had customers travel from York and London to collect Firefox 5CB stoves that we have on sale on our website
Our fireplace showroom is an important part of our business we realise some customers do like to come and see the fireplaces they are buying and for some a picture is not enough.
Thats why we have this weekend slot available and i can tell you its very popular the other good thing is our prices are the same as the website so you can enjoy conventional shopping at interent prices.

Well for the third week our Saturday morning viewing and collection is prooving to be very popular and we intend to continue this for the forseeable future.
We only have viewing and collections by appointment as we are not always at the factory and showroom but on Staurday mornings im there from 11am to 12 pm for customers to come and view and collect items they have ordered.
Each week we have had more customers arrive and it has prroved to be very popoular we a re going to continue this service, it also gives me the afternoon off with my family which is very important to me.
Whilst being an internet based firm we do have showrooms and huge amounts of stocks of fireplaces and stoves at our factory in Langley Mill Derbyshire.
Customers are more than welcome to come and view by appointment during the week but on Saturday mornings you can just turn up.
Collections of stoves are very popular and again this weekend we have no fewer than 6 of them being collected, right off to take the dog a walk and then ealry to bed im shattered today ready to be at the showrrom in the morning for another busy day.

This week we have tried a new idea we have of opening up on Saturday morning from 10am to 12pm for customers wishing to collect and view our showroom at Langley Mill.
We do have viewings by appointment only bit with a huge amount of customers wanting to collect fireplaces and stoves from us and also to view them in our showroom we have decided to give the Saturday morning system a try.
I must admit it was very busy with no fewer than eight different customers coming to view and collect i must say time flew by and i only had time in between people for 1 cup of tea.
So we have decided to trial this over the next few weeks so customers can come and collect fireplaces and stoves and it also gives me the rest of the day off when we have done.
So we would still appreciate customers calling us to arrange times of viewings or collections etc so i can make sure goods are ready to collect Friday so we do not have to get everything out ready.
Customers viewing can also collect goods if we have them in stock which normally we do so no viewing s tomoorow im off to Watch Jaiden play in the new Castfireplaces sponsored football kit and he will be appearing in tommorows article in his kit as our model

Good evening im still sat in the ofice finishing a few things off i have not managed to do today and people say running your own business is easy, anyway its the weekend and im having a half day tomorrow as we go to Leeds for a friends 40th birthday.
This week has seen many collections from our showroom and factory in Langley Mill and two in particular spring to mind, both of them collected the Tiger Plus Stove at our factory after seeing them online.
Now we do deliver to both of these fireplaces and as they are hundreds of miles from us we were suprised they had travelled such great distances, our customer in Devon did make a special trip up to see us but the Ayr customer cheated slightly as they were visiting Leicester University to drop some things in for their Daughter.
So as we have stated before we are very happy for customers to collect goods from us and with most items being in stock its very simple to do.

What a wonderful thing the internet is last week as i was lay on a sun lounger in Majorca writing an article for our website on my iphone and today im sat on our comfy leather suite in the fireplace showroom at Langley Mill waiting for a customer arriving to view a Tiger Plus Stove
As we have broadband and pc at our showroom we can access our website for prices and orders etc whilst still out of the office
We do have printer etc which has come in very useful when adding a late order to the vans so we can print delivery notes etc.
Well i knew this customer was coming over today to view a stove and i was just about to leave and go back to the office via the post office (sending out some fireplace care products) so it made sense to stop here wait for him.
So im sat admiring our fireplace showroom and the amount of fireplaces and stoves we keep in stock for our customers to view and thought i would write todays blog after i had drunk my cup of tea.
So thats what im up too off now to postoffice then meeting customers up till 6pm that will teach me to go away on holiday but we are back up to full speed now
Let the winter madness commence must say im really tempted to light our Firefox 12 stove here its just not quite cold enough yet
