Todays little tale is from a customer who ordered on Monday teatime and i rang them to say we would be delivering in Cardiff the next morning at 9am.
This was perfect for them so i went of to the workshop to add on the Firefox 5 Stove so it would be with them in the morning, as we have them in stock its no problem and means they o not have to wait for it to arrive.

So John arrived at 4.30 pm and we unloaded it into our van ready for delivery to Devon in the morning to one very happy customer, now that is service at its best them going out of there way to help customers.
I really appreciate all the help and trouble they have gone to to make sure our customers are happy this is one of many reasons why we buy from them.

So as the weather turns even worse and the frost starts to bite Last night the UK saw temperatures fall to -17.8 Celcius in Chesham Bucks.
It was cold here too in Ripley Derbyshire and i took my son and Mum to the train station this morning in Derby and my car said it was minus 10 just see the photo below.
Now this is cold by anyones standard and i know our Tiger Plus stove has been roaring away at home for around 10 days now non stop night and day its running way and our home is so warm.
Peolpe who visit can not believe how much heat it gives off and those who dont own stoves are very envious, so with all this cold weather set to continue we have seen a large increase in customers buying stoves and solid fuel fireplaces to install asap.
Our local fitter is booked solid for 2-3 weeks now mainly on stove installations so those wanting quick fitting will have to wait a while before we can fit them in.

This afternoon we have a large delivery of flue pipe to our office address and as all our vans were out delivering it was stacked on our path waiting for the first van back so we can load it on and take it to the workshop.
So Steve was back around 2.30pm today after delivering around the West Midlands and Leicestershire, and when he returned from school my son Jaiden was keen to the load the van and of course wanted to be paid.
So he was left loading all the flue pipes brackets and new high temp sealers into the back of the van, he started of piece by piece and soon relaised he could manage two and then three.
So in no time at all the van was loaded full of flue pipe ready to restock our empty shelves at the workshop, Jaiden is now sat relaxing on the setee after being paid in front of our roaring Tiger Plus Stove.
Its funny he even knows they connect a stove to the chimney it just goes to show he takes an interest in what Dad does.
Right im off to plan all Thursdays delivery runs before Gym at 5pm on my new fitness regime thats the hardest bit of work in any day and hour with a personal trainer.

Well another hectic day and im still sat in the office sorting out all the paperwork for this weekends delivery runs to London and the South and i have another hours work to do before i finish.
Now its my Birthday today and ive had a very busy day with meeting customers, loading our fireplace delivery vans, office work and even finding time to update our articles section.
So by the time i finish there is not going to be much left of my birthday but work here has to be done by myself and Rhian as we run the company.
So with bad weather on the way and snow forecast for all of the UK poeple have again gone stove and fireplace shopping in droves which is why its so busy.
So i have my fingers and toes crossed the weather is kind to our drivers but im pretty sure they are in for a bad weekend when out delivering im looking forward to Saturday evening and Sunday at the Belfry for a fire and ice spa treatment so im not working this weekend.
So im going to finish off work now and finally relax and open a few cards and get the kids singing Happy Birthday.
