Thanks for the successful delivery of my cast iron insert, electric fire and hearth. This has now been fitted and looks really great in the room with our original mantel. We are really pleased.
Just one thing, we don’t seem to have quite enough coals for the electric fire, there is a bit of a gap at the top. Is it possible to get extra coals??

Can i first off say what a pleasure it was dealing with your company and the information recieved from Rhian in the office prior to our order regarding delivery times was fantastic.
She told us what day it would be delivered and that we would be contacted Thursday evening with a delivery time and it was to arrrive the following Sunday.
It arrived within the time frame given and was delivered by you driver on his truck into our living room
We are so pleased with this stove and are looking forward to a few cold evenings to really test it out

Many thanks to you at castlefireplaces, my order was dealt with promptly and I now have had it installed and in I’m in the throws of getting used to it, I’m sure there’s a knack to lighting it properly and with practice I’ll get there. (any tips)
I do have another question for you and that is I have used the back exit flu not the top exit flu, there is a sliding plate inside the top of the stove which would depending how it was positioned would leave a gap at the top or at the back at the moment I have it positioned so the gap is at the back, is this correct.

The customer service received from your company was superb from start to finish. Having made my choice from the website, I contacted you by email on 2nd January 2012 at 11:50 with a query about the fire. I did not expect a reply as it was still the bank holiday but you replied at 12:14 with an answer ! Having decided to place an order the same day, I received a telephone call from you early evening on Tues 3rd January to ask if I could take delivery on Thursday 5th Jan. A driver turned up exactly as promised at about 08:30, carried everything into the appropriate room and checked everything off the order etc. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure I was completely happy before he left. The fire itself is now fitted and looks lovely. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would confidently recommend you to others. I have been meaning to send a message for ages to let you know how pleased we are with our Firefox 12. Your level of customer service is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. As the fire was being sent to Cyprus we needed a lot of info for the carrier before they would ship it here. You provided everything we needed practically by return and the fire was delivered without problem. It came in a secure crate and was simple to install. We are enjoying the heat it provides as at the moment it is a little chilly here. Even when we get up in the morning there is residual heat left so it is not freezing.

Overall an excellent fire and excellent service – thank you.
