Great level of customer service from the office (yourself, I guess). All questions answered really quickly and clearly. Communication about delivery was great.
This was a big purchase for me and I wanted to make sure I was getting the correct stove for my needs.

Delivery was exactly when promised – to the minute.
Pleasant driver who put the stove where I wanted it – important as I wasn’t able to have it fitted for a month.

Would be more than happy to recommend based on the service I received. When I get around to having an insert fire at the other end of the room (God knows when though) Yours will be the website I go to.

Yes we have received delivery of the fireplace thank you. We are not having it fitted until the 10th May however. We have looked at the cast iron insert and the hearth and also opened the mantle box to take a look! From our point of view it is beautiful and we are very excited to finally have a fireplace ready to go.
We have been very pleased with the service from the company. Communication has been excellent throughout- from enquiry to order and delivery. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the fireplace could be delivered, especially with a 1 hour delivery slot! We would be very happy to recommend you to others searching for a quality fireplace at a reasonable cost.
