I have been meaning to send a message for ages to let you know how pleased we are with our Firefox 12. Your level of customer service is excellent and nothing was too much trouble. As the fire was being sent to Cyprus we needed a lot of info for the carrier before they would ship it here. You provided everything we needed practically by return and the fire was delivered without problem. It came in a secure crate and was simple to install. We are enjoying the heat it provides as at the moment it is a little chilly here. Even when we get up in the morning there is residual heat left so it is not freezing.
Overall an excellent fire and excellent service – thank you.
