In reply we are very very pleased with the service from Castfireplaces. It was very bad weather when the fireplace should have been delivered and we quite understood when we had a phone call to warn of a delay. We only had to wait a couple of days and the fireplace arrived just as promised.
We phoned up with an enquiry about how to seal the backplate to the wall, which was answered very efficiently.
We have not yet been able to put the fireplace in, but are very pleased with the way it looks.
We would certainly recommend Castfireplaces to others.
