Cast Fireplaces have the personal service touch

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Today is our Companies Birthday as we started Cast Fireplaces six years ago supplying Gallery fireplaces all over the UK at discounted prices, so I will sing Happy Birthday to us all here I have heard talk of a cake but not seen it yet.

We normally start the month of showing our best selling items from the previous month but they will start from tomorrow as normal.

This morning I have been at the Factory sorting out stock levels and taking a monthly check on items we keep in stock to make sure we do not run short over the next few months.

A customer this morning has asked me why we don’t take payment online the answer is simple we like to speak to our customers to confirm they have ordered the right size and the Right finish and to confirm all these items fit together.

It is also more of a personal service to contact each customer and to introduce ourselves and offer any help on fitters or installation.

We also find its better for security for myself or Rhian to take your card details and process payment then destroy them making sure that your card details can never be used for Fraud purposes.

They are the reasons why we don’t take payment online and get our customers to contact us to make payment it avoids wrong items being sent and is safer for the security of our customers. We do take security very seriously here at Cast Fireplaces and can ensure people that we never pass on email addresses or any contact information after your order as some others do online.

So when after ordering it asks you to ring our office to make payment this is perfectly normal just give us a ring and we will confirm all the order details with you.
