Just a quick update as to the amount of Stoves we have in stock we are still very low on certain models and in particular the Tiger Plus Stove and The Firefox 8 Stove which im told are arriving towards the end of this month.
We are expecting the Firefox 5 Stove into stock next week as its been out of stock since well before Christmas.
We have taken delivery two days ago of some Firefox 8 stoves but they have now all gone and we are expecting a few more next week too.
Some good news though we have plenty of Tiger stoves both in Classic and the new DEFRA Clean Burn version we also have in stock the Firefox 5cb clean burn stove and the Carron Matt Black 7.2Kw Stove.
We expect the shortages to last a couple more weeks as the containers start arriving and deliveries will arrive asap, its just frustrating for us taking pre orders for customers and then having to sort out in date ordered too for who to deliver to first.
So get a move on China Shipping Company we have customers waiting all over the UK for these stoves to arrive so we can get them delivered so our customers can get them installed before the cold weather returns.

Stoves are due back into stock next week
Wednesday, January 12th, 2011Tiger Plus to be replaced by Tiger Clean Burn Stove
Saturday, September 11th, 2010Well what can i say i must admit im very suprised having a look through the pink Gallery brochure that the Tiger Plus stove does not feature in it.
I know we have the new Tiger Clean Burn Stove on our website which hapens to be DEFRA approved for burning wood in smokeless zones but it still comes as a suprise the Tiger Plus is not in there.
Gallery have decided to withdraw the Tiger plus and replace it with the Clean Burn Version as there is no need for two versions of the premium tiger.
I must say i will be sad to see it go i really like the Tiger Plus and it has become the second best selling stove behind the Firefox 5.
The Firefox 5 also has a DEFRA approved model in the firefox 5 Cleanburn so im not sure if the long term plan is to get rid of that too we will just have to wait and see.
Anyway our suppliers do have 100s of the Tiger Plus stoves coming in so im not sure when they will be discontinued but im sure as with other items we will still be able to order them directly and keep them in stock.
Time will tell whether the Clean burn Tiger sells as well as the Tiger Plus it should do as it opens up a larger market due to it being able to burn wood in smokeless zones.
So if you wish to buy a tiger Plus before all the stocks run dry just order it through our website
Seasoned logs for all your Fireplaces and Stoves
Thursday, June 24th, 2010Nothing could be further from thoughts about lighting my Tiger Plus multi fuel stove as i sit in my office and the sun is shining and i have radio on whilst completing a mound of paperwork ive left to build up.
What prompts this article is a phone call from Paul asking me if i want another lorry load of logs dropped off at our warehouse in Langley Mill.
Now lucky for me i have some spare crates for them to be tipped into so i can then move them with the forklift before i manage to get round to spliiting them with my hydraulic log splitter.
At work i have 4 large wooden crates filled with Split logs and my woodshed at home is filled to the Brim with seasoned logs but im still sure i need more for the next Winter.
Now really is the ideal time to start to buy and prepare your logs for the forthcoming Heating Season as they take 6 months air drying time to be perfect for burning.
Wood when fresh cut has a high moisture content and until it is split into logs retains most of this
Also it is always a good idea to buy your chosen logs now as they are always cheaper in the Summer and this is the time most tree work is being undertaken and most tree fellers are glad to be rid of as demand is not as high.
In Winter how many times did you find out everytime you needed a tonne bag or lorry load that they were short in supply and you had to wait a while
So to keep your solid fuel fireplaces and stoves roaring away in Winter why not give your local log supplier a ring and see if you can get yourself a bit of a bargain on your winter fuel.
If you live within 20 miles of us i can always pass you pauls number and he can sort you out as many logs as you require.
Right im off for an ice cold drink all this talk of roaring fires is bringing me out in a sweat
Can we Collect Tiger Plus Stove for Fathers Day Present
Saturday, June 19th, 2010What a nice suprise for the Lucky father i thought to myself after putting down the phone having taken an order for collection today ready for them to suprise the lucky Dad in the morning.
It certainly beets Socks and Slippers etc as a Fathers day gift (i wouldnt be happy with my kids but i sell them all day everyday)
So the Tiger Stove was collected around 4pm today from our Factory in Langley Mill and loaded into the back of a 4×4.
Stove collections are quite common as they wll sit nicely in most boots and are easy to handel with two strong people they are the most collected item from our showroom by far.
This couple had come from Brinsley which is pretty close and had read on our website that collections were fine etc.
We always keep plenty of Stoves in stock so it never is a problem collecting from us.
So im sure the Dad of the family will apreciate his present but may not use it for a while as we are in warmer summer weather but come the Winter it will be the best fathers day present he will have ever had.
It is really nice idea buying a stove fro a present and is something thta will last years so if your stuck for ideas for Fathers day or any birthday infact have alook through our website and order a Fireplace or Stove from us.
Normal Fireplace service has been resumed
Friday, January 15th, 2010Well im glad to see the back of the snow and ice as today has seen the start of the big thaw it is still quite icy around our Fireplace factory but when i left there this evening it was turning to slush.
We have been to South Wales and Gloucs today delivering various stoves and fireplaces and are very pleased to report no further additions to Thursdays terrible day delivering it really is strange how 24 hours and a few hundred miles makes a large difference
We have had some Solid fuel kits arrive today that we were not expecting so all the orders we have on our files for solid fuel deliverys will now go out with all the relevant bits.
I was dreading not sending the solid fuel kits with all our orders as customers like to get the fire going once it has been installed and with it still being winter its nice to have the Fireplace on.
Also today we have had a small batch of the Firefox 5 stoves arrive to service outstanding orders but we now do have none spare until the 26th/27th Jan when our main delivery arrives.
It really will be nice to be able to offer our best selling stove again and replace our showroom model where a space is still reserved for it just as you walk through the door.
Anyway off out now to drop off a stove to a neighbour 10 doors away who has ordered a Tiger Plus after seeing mine running at home.
It really is a major selling point having one running for customers to see and feel the warmth they produce.
Solid Fuel Fireplaces and Stoves are going so fast
Friday, January 8th, 2010I know it is always busy in January when we return from our Christmas break but things this week have been mad and im sure it is the Weather.
With temperatures below freezing and according to the News -20 Degrees in some places i can see why.
Well anyway solid fuel stoves and fireplaces are flying out of our factory and with the weather as it is some deliverys are being postponed in certain areas but this has not stopped people buying.
We do keep a huge amount of fireplaces and stoves in stock and next week we do have an interim delivery of Firefox 5 stoves that we have on order as most are arriving at the end of the month but we do have 4 spare which are coming next week.
So with the upsurge in sales the gallery group has run out of various fireplaces such as the Lytton Highlighted and The Pembroke Black but the problem now is there are not any more solid fuel kits for arched fireplaces.
We only have 2 in stock and need 7 to go out this week alone, these are not due in on container until the 26/27th Jan which means we will be sending out the fireplaces without the relevant solid fuel kits and then forwarding them on when they arrive.
The fireplace can still be fitted as the solid fuel kit slots in from the front and will not hold up any fitting work but im afraid you will not be able to light a fire until it arrives.
It is not just us that has run short the whole gallery group are very low on them there really is not much we can do except wait.
As for Stoves we do have them coming into stock still so im reasonably sure we should have enough to last this cold spell out.
Right im off to toast my feet in front of my glowing Tiger Plus Stove and those that have them installed or have ordered them from us will know just how warm they are
Our Fireplace Delivery service is good but even we can't do that
Saturday, November 21st, 2009We have had a call from a customer today asking if there was any chance we could deliver a Tiger Plus Stove to them in Hertfordshire on Sunday this was at around 5.30 pm on Saturday.
Now i know we offer our own great delivery service but both vans are fully laden and all the routes have been planned and i was on my way back from Middlesborough so there was nothing we could do for once.
Rhian who was in the office rang me to see if there was any way it could have gone on and be delivered but im afraid this time we had to say No.
Anyway this was not of huge concern to the customer who is ringing back in the morning to place her order for next Sundays run when we do infact have three vans scheduled to go as at this time of the year we are very busy and have loads of fireplaces and stoves to deliver to our customers all over the London and surrounding Counties in time for them being fitted for Christmas.
So if you are in a rush for a fireplace or Stove just give us a ring if we can get it on for delivery we will do we do not mind last minute rushes and we always say if we can we will.
Gallery Fireplace Firefox 5 Multi Fuel Stove Shortage
Saturday, November 14th, 2009It looks like the Firefox 5 Multi Fuel stove is again going to be in short supply in the run up to Christmas we are due a small delivery at the end of November and we have sold the last one we have in stock to a customer in Lincoln on Thursday we did have over 20 in stock in the last week of October but they have now all been sold in we are awaiting them arriving from China.
We did double the amount of Stoves we have in stock but sales of the Firefox 5 have again gone mad and left our suppliers without stock too even after they had ordered extra in too after last years fiasco when we ran out of all stoves.
Luckily this year it is only the Firefox 5 upto now which is in very short supply.
We do have plenty of Firefox 8s and 12s in stocks and also have plenty of the Tiger Classic and Tiger Plus so it is not all doom and gloom on the stove front yet but the way things are going i expect to run short of all of those too before santa arrives.
So basically my advice is if you are thinking of buying a Multi Fuel Stove please bear this in mind and order as soon as you can both toget it delivered and also to ensure it can be fitted in time for Christmas too i know it sound daft but fitting dates are running short too and we only have 3rd week in December left now for all our local fits.
We are taking forward orders for the remaiing firefox 5 stoves we have coming into stock so we will again be taking forward orders on Monday when i know how many we have available.
Just to add insult to injury the price of the stoves are due to rise 1st week in December as we impliment gallery price increase across the whole range so take advantage of our pre ordering of the Firefox 5 stoves and we will honour the price at the time of order

Firefox 5 Stove Orders being Taken Monday for December
Tiger Plus Multi Fuel Stove is best selling gallery fireplaces stove again
Friday, September 4th, 2009Stoves well what a month of sales we have had for our Multi Fuel Stoves we have sold multiples of every one of the gallery range of stoves we supply which include the Firefox and Tiger brand of stoves.
The most popular selling one this month is the Tiger Plus Stove
I know we have featured this stove before but they are that good I’m sure it is worth running over its main features again.
All the stoves we supply are bricked lined and are made from premium grade cast iron and have features such as air wash that is now standard on most good stoves.
The tiger plus is a stove that is perfect in proportion and its main feature is large glass door which allows a good view of the fire when running and with the glass display lets a lot of heat come directly into the room.
It can heat a room around 75m2, as a primary heat source so is no slouch s a means to provide heat.
The stove can burn for up to 10 hours without refuelling when burning a suitable fuel and is truly multi fuel so you can burn wood, coal, coke, peat, anthracite or smokeless fuels.
Each stove comes with choice of handles in Black or silver and even comes with heat resistant mitten.
As normal all our stoves are tested to European Standard EN13240 so they are ready to fit in any home without any worry they have been tested and are 77% efficient and have controllable heat output of 2KW – 6.2KW.
With winter around the corner there has never been a better time to install a new stove so take a look at the stoves section on our website and get yourself a real fire to warm you this forthcoming Winter.
Stove photos from my house
Sunday, April 19th, 2009As promised i am starting the ball rolling with these photos of installed fires
This photo is of my Tiger Plus Stove i have had this stove installed for 1 hard winter now and when it was bitterly cold in January this stove was burning logs and oak and pine timber from our mantel manufacture waste.
Installed in a reclaimed brick flemish bond built chimney breast with an original oak beam salvaged from the house i think its set in the most perfect situation any stove could be.
The tiger plus is an amazing hard working stove with heat output of 6.9 kw its heats the whole middle rooms of our house so well it shuts the central heating thermostat down in the kitchen which reminds me to get it moved for next winter. With the price of gas and electricity we have saved a fortune over the winter after installing this little beauty, i know it sounds like sales patter id recommend this stove any day to any customer wanting a good stove.
The airwash system is a great improvement on the original Tiger Classic and we have the chimney lined with flue liner so it could not be any easier to control from a lazy flicker to a full on roaring Fire when our Labrador dog won’t move from in front of it playing dead.
