Which side of the Fireplace does gas connect to

As with all holiday breaks customers do seem to wait till the next normal opening day and then ring with enquires and questions galore.
This morning has been no different and im now just sat at my desk at 12.15 and the phone has just finished ringing.
Some were for orders and others regarding stock levels and how long delivery times where for various different areas.
The stangest question was todays article as to which side the gas needs to enter the fireplace.
Well now to the answer it does not matter which way as the cast iron backs we supply with the fireplaces have a notch in the bottom of them so the gas pipe can enter either way.
As the copper pipe is flexible it can then be bent round to fit the gland whichever way it faces so really it does no matter and there is no need to move gas isolation tap.
So another happy customer glad she found the advice she or indeed her builder wanted theres not much we dont know or cant find out about any of our fireplaces.
So if you do need any help or advice about one of our Gallery Fireplaces just drop us an email or ring me and we will soon have the answer you require.
