Delivery is the most important part of our business. We believe that it should be on time every time when we say even down to our unique one-hour delivery slot. Not many people can hide with our modern Sat Nav system so we always need your postcode. Take a look at our Testimonial section see what our customers have said about our service.

All our delivery drivers are very polite and helpful and will spend as much time as needed with you checking items off after delivery we do not insist on you checking items on delivery we allow 7 days after delivery for you to check all items through so you can do it at your leisure.

We deliver all our own products in our own vans to your door. It can be taken into the room of your choice whether you live in a 3rd floor flat or a mansion.

Please ensure all floor surfaces are covered as heavy items are put in place using trolleys and barrows etc and we would not want to mark your wooden floor or carpet etc.

Castfireplaces will enter your property at your risk only and can not be held responsible for any damage should it occur to carpets or wooden floors etc where they have not been covered

We offer this service wherever practical if you are expecting something large delivered such as limestone mantel or stove etc please make sure there is somebody to give the driver a hand as we only send one delivery person and he may need a hand on delivery with larger items to enter your property.

All Delivered by our own uniformed staff in our sign written vans were proud of the service we offer and want to be seen offering a great service.

All the fireplaces and fires we supply are loaded onto our vans and blanket wrapped to ensure safe transit when delivered to you the blankets remain on until item is in your home. This care we take in your new fireplace makes sure we do not have any damages.

No other company offers a better service and we have all heard stories of goods being dumped by the roadside or even failed deliveries due to the fact they cant get lorries down small side roads. Why would you trust your new fireplace to arrive safely on a pallet on the back of a 37 Ton Lorry?

We pride ourselves on our accurate delivery service and believe we offer an unrivalled service and offer the Following services

London and South run are a weekly run and always on a Sunday with our accurate 1-hour timed delivery slot (No more days of work waiting in all day).

Scotland we are now able to make Scottish deliveries within 7-10 days with 1-hour delivery slot

All Other areas are Weekdays and also have our 1-hour accurate timed delivery.

We can cater for early Morning Deliveries before work etc around 7AM these are only available by pre booking when you order.

We also offer a ring back service where our delivery drivers can ring you a specified time before delivery so if you need to make your way back from work etc you can be there to accept delivery of your new fireplace
