Castfireplaces home delivery service is unique using our own vans and staff, delivery is the most important part of our business. We believe that it should be on time every time when we say even down to our unique one-hour delivery slot.

Delivery times depend on locations and are normally 3-14 days so if you need it in a hurry call or email to see what we can do once we have agreed a date we will not let you down. Its not a next day service so plan ahead to ensure you meet your install date.

After order you will be contacted by us to arrange delivery day and advised of a one hour window for delivery.
We can sometimes cater for early Morning Deliveries before work etc. around 7AM these are only available by pre booking when you order.

We also offer a ring back service where our delivery drivers can ring you a specified time before delivery so if you need to make your way back from work to be there to accept delivery of your new fireplace

We do not install as a company, however we can recommend HETAS and GAS SAFE registered fitters for most parts of the UK.

We have personally seen these installers work, so you can be sure they have CastFireplaces full approval to make sure you get a great job done, at a reasonable price.

I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.
