We are giving the opportunity for select HETAs fitters, chimney sweep & fuel providers to join our approved fitters list which directs ALL of our customers to a map of approved HETAs registered fitters & chimney sweeps in their area. If any of our said customers require a fitting service, they type in their postcode in to our system and if your company is within a 20 mile radius your details will be presented to them.
We are a business that doesn’t use couriers, but instead our own network of branded delivery vans that makes sure every shipment is perfectly delivered and that the customer gets none of the usual courier horror stories when dealing with heavy goods. Our fitters list has been running for the past 2 years now and has proved to be a successful way to not only refer business on to yourselves and others, but also to allow our customers to get a fitting service that is hand picked to ensure after sale fittings and chimney maintenance are of the same high quality we strive for in our sales and delivery services.
The current system works as follows:
- Customer places an order.
- Customer receives a “Do you require a fitter” email which is sent out at the same time as their invoice/shipping receipt. This happens automatically on ALL of our online sales.
- Customer that requires fitting goes to our fitters page from the email.
- Customer proceeds to type in their postcode
- Customer is presented with all of our approved fitters based on your service area and the customers distance to you.
- Customer contacts you directly from your details presented to them.
