I bought a multi-fuel stove in December 2024. I bought on line after speaking with the company and checking it would suit my needs. They were really helpful. The stove then arrived when they said it would, it was securely boxed, and the delivery man kindly put it where I asked. Important as it had to stand there a long time - it has just been fitted now - June 25!. It absolutely fits the bill and has been worth waiting for. Haven't really tried it out given the current temperatures, but look forward to a warm winter. Thank you

Cast fireplaces were very helpful and responsive to my queries prior to purchase. Delivery was quick and I am really happy with the fireplace, the only issue we had was that the fitter said we should have got a t-shaped hearth but this wasn’t a purchase option so I wasn’t aware that this was what we needed. He has made it work though and it looks fantastic, I would definitely use this company again.

The insert is framed beautifully by the marble Kingston fireplace, featuring stunning scroll corbels, a wide mantel top and extra-chunky legs. It is such high quality and looks amazing
We are bowled over with our beautiful marble fire surround, insert, and electric fire. It is such high quality and looks amazing. The delivery guys were bang on time and very helpful. We priced up the same set up locally and it would have cost us hundreds of pounds more. can’t believe how good the marble surround is
I’m delighted now it has been installed. It’s always a concern ordering over the internet, without seeing the fireplace first. However, I’m really pleased and can’t believe how good the marble surround is. There’s not many companies that offer a 1 hour delivery slot these days, especially on a Sunday!

Marble fireplace
We are very happy with our fireplace.
Its exactly what we wanted and the price was very competitive compared to other companies.
The fireplace was delivered to our house in the allotted time, which was very handy, as it allowed us to organize our day around the time specified.
