“Sorry for the delay in response but it took us a while to install the fire as we were also in the process of decorating the room. It all looks lovely now! The fire is beautiful & even better than I expected. It’s excellent value for money! I told my husband about it years ago & he was half listening & when it arrived he was very impressed with the quality! We actually installed your fire & converted it to a gel fire. It works really well & we enjoy pleasant evenings in front of the fire with a good Irish coffee! I highly recommend it!
Have you thought about expanding your market to include gel fires? I am sure being in the business you know all about it but they’re the latest Eco friendly thing & even people like us without a chimney can enjoy a fire. We actually built a false studwork chimney & it looks great, just like the real thing! Thanks to your excellent fire & my husband’s good workmanship! All that it took to convert the fire was to replace the grate with a sheet of metal with three holes in it. The gel tins sit snugly in the ash tray underneath the holes. Add a few artificial coals and the effect is remarkable. This is the company I bought our gel fire from but I am sure there’s many out there –

So as you can see there is a suitable gel fuel option for our fireplaces and I have contacted the gel fuel suppliers to see what they can offer us I will tell you more if I hear back from them
