About us

Cast Fireplaces is a Family owned and run business established online in 2003, and we believe in traditional customer service values. This is mainly what stands us aside from all other online fireplace companies, as you will always get a personal service from us online, the same as visiting our showroom.
Castfireplaces is the trading name for www.castfireplaces.co.uk LTD, which is owned by Mark and Rhian Adams, who are responsible for dealing with your orders and the day-to-day running of the company along with our Daughter Melissa who joined us in 2016.
We have a hands-on approach to the running of our business and our customers’ orders. You are never just an invoice number. We really do pride ourselves on our customer service.
Our showroom and warehouse are based at Heanor, which is 3 miles from our house. This is our new home we purchased in Dec 2019. We moved our office here, so we are now all based under the same roof. We have a larger showroom and bigger warehouse, so come along and see what we can offer you.

We do not employ sales staff or any commission-paid employees, so you will obtain honest, correct, free advice regarding your purchase from someone who has a vast knowledge of the fireplace trade.

So, basically, that’s us family-run and owned. We employ 2 drivers and 1 warehouse manager who deliver all of our fireplaces and stoves and a long-time friend of mine who manufactures all our timber surrounds, so if you wish to have a service that is all too lost on the internet, have a look through our new website.
