Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. Great service all the way through to delivery. Arrived all in excellent condition. I phoned many times before purchasing and asked loads of questions and I was helped out with everything. I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

Frequently Asked Questions

A stove described as Multifuel normally has a grate and ashpan and is capable of burning smokeless coal along with wood.

A woodburner will burn wood only and most have flat bases as the fuel burns better like this.

Not at all do we provide the cleanest burning appliances and, with them being SiA approved and Clearskies approved and tested, you can rest assured these are the cleanest, most efficient appliances around.

Technically, yes, if signed off by building controls, but Castfireplaces strongly advise having them fitted by Hetas etc to ensure this is done safely. A certificate of compliance is required for each installation.
