Metal Polish Multi Use

If you’re comparing delivery from us versus other online retailers, the main reasons people choose CastFireplaces are:

• In-house delivery team rather than generic pallet couriers
• One-hour delivery slots with prebooked slot 2 days before delivery
• Our own sign written vans and uniformed staff
• Direct communication with us no third party
• More specialist handling for heavy cast iron and stone surrounds
• We will help you into your house not just kerbside

Our customer reviews repeatedly mention:

• Fast and punctual delivery
• Careful packaging
• Helpful drivers
• Strong communication before arrival
• Reliable delivery windows

We contact our customers directly to arrange delivery windows with our one-hour delivery slot. There is no waiting all day.

How many times have you had late deliveries or deliveries that just don’t happen? That’s not how we work, it's all under our own control.

Fireplaces and stoves are heavy. Our staff are all trained to handle these items on a regular basis, we use sack tracks, skids, ramps etc. to make sure they arrive in good order.

We don’t offer “FREE DELIVERY” and, let’s be honest, is anything ever FREE? Look at the prices others offer, you will often find that even with our delivery charge, we are still cheaper. If not, let us know!

So put your trust in Cast Fireplaces to deliver your fireplace or stove on time and in a friendly, professional manner. Why risk missing a fitting date with a third-party service?
