You gave me an hour's delivery slot and did, indeed deliver just 15 minutes into the hour given. Great service. The product arrived very well packaged and exactly as ordered. Your delivery man carried everything into the room in which the fire place will be used, by himself - very strong chap! I must say that I'm amazed at the prices you're able to offer - I asked for 3 similar quotes from well-known North Wales dealers and all were over £1,000 for exactly the same thing. Delivery is the most important part of our business. Our personal, home delivery service is unique in that we use our own vans and staff. We believe that it should be on time every time, offering 1 hour delivery time slots.
We also offer a ring back service where our delivery drivers can ring you with a specified time before delivery.
