really pleased with my fire, came today..
just have to fit it now! and I can’t wait
here’s a little something for the site
i ordered my fire and received a call to say when it would be delivered. Really surprised that they could provide a time slot of an hour. AN HOUR! not even the large stores can do that, (you know that all day waiting in feeling)
got home to find i had ordered the wrong fire (oops). phoned cast fireplaces and they arranged to pick up the fire and delivery the right one, for just a small delivery fee.
really please with the good ol’ fashioned customer service provided, its the little things that go a long way, and cast fireplaces have delivered a great fire, at a great price with excellent customer service!
