we were advised that our delivery due 9.30 to 10.30 would be 12 minutes late. In fact it arrived in less than 10 minutes. What a service! Happy relaxed delivery driver, and our workmen were amazed that the promise of timings were fulfilled. The whole project dovetailed beautifully together thanks to your reliability. All installation complete by mid afternoon, and I arrived home wondering if I had chosen the right product. With some trepidation I peered around the lounge door. The simplicity of the Lytton and pine Worcester was jaw dropping. I thoroughly recommend your company for service, courtesy and attention to detail.

Sorry this has taken too long to reply, mad at work etc. But a reply at last. Would I recommend the company? Without hesitation. The fire place arrived on a Sunday morning, on time and very soon after it was ordered. The price was good, the service even better. It has since been installed and is working perfectly. We had no issues at any stage of the deal and are totally happy with the outcome
