I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

Description

This stunning 100% natural Agean Limestone surround is rather grand in size and will make a huge style statement in any room. The Asquith features rolled edges, a grand square arch design and a large, deep mantel top. It’s the perfect surround for our stoves and will work well in modern and period homes alike.

Sizes

55″ Mantel
We would advise sealing limestone mantel after fitting please add Limestone sealer if required

Rebate Option
Our limestone surrounds come with a standard 75mm rebate, designed for use with arched inserts, cast iron fireplaces, or tiled inserts etc.

If you’re installing the mantel on a flat wall (without an insert or chamber), select the no rebate required option. This includes an infilled rebate, making the surround suitable for flat wall installations and eliminating any visible gap between the inner legs and the wall.

I spent months looking for the right fireplace. Having found one I liked, I bought it from Cast Fireplaces for £500 less than the other on line retailers. I received a prompt call back to confirm the delivery date. The fireplace arrived within a couple of days, and was of superb quality limestone. All in all, great service, great prices

Quicker and Cheaper
Thanks for the swift delivery of our fireplace mantel as you know we were let down by a local company and to our pleasure you were £120 cheaper and delivered it within 3 days of us ordering with you. All fitted simply and the builder remarked on what good quality it was and how very well made it is im not sure if you make them or not if so please thank your workshop staff
