Media Wall Electric Fires

If you’re building a media wall, choosing the fire early will help you plan the overall layout and proportions. Solution offers a choice of sizes for media wall installations, making it possible to create anything from a relatively simple design to a much larger feature wall.
At Cast Fireplaces, we have a Solution LUX 150 running in our own media wall. We also have a LUX 100 displayed with the Sheringham suite, so you can see how different fire sizes work within different installations.

Inset Electric Fires

An inset electric fire can be a good option if you already have a suitable fireplace opening or you’re replacing an older electric fire. They can work within both traditional and contemporary fireplaces, depending on the fire, fascia and surrounding fireplace.

We have several Solution inset fires running on display, including an SLE35i fitted into our fully polished Pembroke cast. It’s a good example of how a modern electric fire can work within a traditional fireplace.

Electric Fireplace Suites

If you want a complete fireplace without having to choose the fire and surround separately, an electric fireplace suite can be a straightforward option.

The fire and fireplace are brought together as one finished design, with both traditional and contemporary styles available.

At Cast Fireplaces, we have complete electric fireplace combinations on display, including our Baverstock marble fireplace with a log-effect fire and the Barcelona with black fascia and SLE40i coal-effect fire.

Electric Stoves

An electric stove gives you the appearance of a traditional stove without the need for a chimney or flue. It can be a useful option if you like the look of a stove but want the simplicity of electric, whether that’s within a fireplace opening or as part of a complete fireplace design.

Flame When You Want It, Heat When You Need It

One of the useful things about a modern electric fire is that you don’t have to use the heater every time you use the flame.
You can enjoy the flame and lighting effects without adding heat to the room.
When you do want warmth, Solution fires provide between 1kW and 2kW of thermostatically controlled heat.
That makes them useful throughout the year rather than only during colder weather.
