Our tiled hearths provide a practical and attractive base for traditional and contemporary fireplaces. Choose from black, matt-black, riven, quarry and patterned designs in a range of standard sizes.

Choosing a Tiled Hearth

Our tiled hearths are available in a wide choice of colours, patterns and finishes. A black tiled hearth provides a simple, traditional appearance, while Kerastar tiles have a smoother matt-black finish. Riven tiles recreate the texture of natural slate, and our diamond quarry and patterned ceramic hearths create a more decorative feature.
Standard black tiled hearths are available in widths from 30 to 60 inches with a depth of 15 inches. Diamond quarry hearths are available in 48-inch and 54-inch widths, with a choice of 15-inch or 18-inch depths.
Options are available for gas, electric and solid-fuel fireplaces. Always choose a hearth listed for your intended fuel type and compare your measurements with the individual product details before ordering.

Made-to-Measure Tiled Hearths

A made-to-measure service is available when a standard hearth is unsuitable. We can produce different sizes and shapes for gas or solid-fuel installations, including higher hearths and designs made to cover existing floorboards. Flush and boxed-and-lipped finishes are also available. Please contact us with your measurements and intended fuel type for a quotation.

Tiled Hearths for Stoves

A freestanding stove may require a front hearth and a matching rear section that continues inside the fireplace opening. Our separate stove-hearth range includes riven, quarry and patterned tiled designs.

Caring for a Tiled Hearth
Clean your tiled hearth with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scourers or tools that could scratch the tiles or damage the finish.
