I bought a multi-fuel stove in December 2024. I bought on line after speaking with the company and checking it would suit my needs. They were really helpful. The stove then arrived when they said it would, it was securely boxed, and the delivery man kindly put it where I asked. Important as it had to stand there a long time - it has just been fitted now - June 25!. It absolutely fits the bill and has been worth waiting for. Haven't really tried it out given the current temperatures, but look forward to a warm winter. Thank you

Cast fireplaces were very helpful and responsive to my queries prior to purchase. Delivery was quick and I am really happy with the fireplace, the only issue we had was that the fitter said we should have got a t-shaped hearth but this wasn’t a purchase option so I wasn’t aware that this was what we needed. He has made it work though and it looks fantastic, I would definitely use this company again.
