Cast Iron Fireplace Surrounds

One of the most popular items we sell here at Castfireplaces the fantastic Palmerston cast iron surround.
It is at home whether used with an arched or tiled fireplace and more often than not as a simple surround around a woodburner installation.

Made from solid cast iron and available in Black or Full Polished this Cast Iron Mantel is pretty big, it is a one piece casting so no joints it comes with a detachable shelf and is ideally suited to rooms with high ceilings.
A very versatile mantle in 2 sizes 48” and 54” it can be used with fireplaces and forms the finishing touch to many of our stove packages.
When matched with a brick chamber and stove there is no need to worry about the distance to combustibles measurements as being cast iron it is not an issue.
