Choosing the Right Capital Stove

The Bassington collection includes compact, standard and larger log-store designs. The Bassington is available with standard, baseline or skirted legs, with each option changing the height and overall appearance of the stove. Enamel finishes are also available on selected models, while gas and electric versions provide alternatives to burning logs or smokeless fuel.
The Woodrow range has a cleaner, understated appearance. The compact Woodrow 4 suits narrower openings, while the Woodrow 5 provides a larger viewing window. The Woodrow 5 Quad offers wider proportions for customers who prefer a broader stove design.
For a more traditional fireplace, the Avebury has an arched viewing window, while the Scene and Sigma combine familiar stove styling with larger glass doors. The Bassington, Avebury, Scene and several other solid-fuel models are designed for suitable seasoned wood and approved smokeless fuel. The Panamera, Holsworthy and Ridgmont offer a more contemporary appearance. The Savona is an inset wood-burning stove designed mainly for installation within a prepared fireplace opening or chimney breast.
Capital also offers gas models including the Avebury, Bassington Compact, Bassington and Kirkham. Its electric collection includes the Bassington, Blackthorn, Mulberry and cylindrical SLE42s, providing a choice of traditional and contemporary stove designs with controllable flame effects and heat.
The Willow is Capital’s first bioethanol stove. It uses a manual bioethanol burner to create a genuine flame without burning logs or requiring a conventional solid-fuel installation.
Always check the individual specification because the fuel type, dimensions, heat output, finish, controls and installation requirements vary across the Capital range.
