I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

I went away to check the measurements and my chimney and I then ordered online. The fireplace was dispatched shortly afterwards. Due to being further away, I had a local fitter install. Many thanks for your good service and prompt delivery on both purchases.
The first fireplace for our dining room was purchased some 9 years ago and because of your excellent service you were my preferred supplier when I opened up a bedroom chimney and needed a second cast-iron fireplace.
My builder was tied up replacing gutters for numerous customers after the heavy snows of December 2010 so I installed the second fireplace whilst I was waiting for him; an easy enough job that has significantly improved the looks of the room already.
Although I had a small problem of my own making, you readily provided service and advice over and above the norm. Many thanks.
No doubt I will be back to buy another bedroom fireplace and one for the lounge when Management, alias my wife, decrees that the original Edwardian features be duly reinstated.

exceedingly impressed
We were exceedingly impressed with our fireplace from purchase to delivery. The website was easy to use and we received several emails regarding the sale and next stages for delivery, so we knew what to expect and when it would happen. We received a telephone call advising us of the time and date it would be delivered which was a Sunday, so ideal for us, as we work full time.
The gentleman who delivered the fireplace telephoned us before he arrived and was extremely polite, friendly and helpful, carried everything in and made sure we knew who to contact if there were any queries after opening the parcels. We had no queries everything was exactly as described and easy to assemble/install.This company is very professional with impeccable customer service.
