Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

The Firefox 5 is one of our favourite stoves – with chunky legs, a thick, chunky door and pretty design details, it provides a heat output of up to 3.8kW, just enough for smaller rooms. Because it’s gas rather than solid fuel, it’s also incredibly easy to use and has all of the looks of a traditional fire without the mess or stress.

Cheapest Stove
After a couple of hours searching the internet for a gas stove we found that Cast Fire Places was the cheapest for the Firefox 5. It was a pleasure shopping with your company. I telephoned you a number of times before purchasing the Firefox 5 Gas Stove and have to say you answered all the questions we had. Delivery was quick and the stove is just what we wanted. Gas stove
We are extremely happy with our Firefox stove, we now have a really attractive open fireplace instead of an ugly wall hung gas fire. The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish. Gas Stove
I purchased a Firefox 5 Gas Stove from Castfireplaces.co.uk in June and would like to say how delighted I was with the company. They dealt with the order so efficiently, delivering at a very convenient time at the weekend. The packaging on the stove was brilliant which made sure it arrived in excellent condition.
It has now been installed and for once I really am looking forward to the winter months when I can enjoy the comfort and heat a firefox 5 gives
