I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

I went away to check the measurements and my chimney and I then ordered online. The fireplace was dispatched shortly afterwards. Due to being further away, I had a local fitter install. On behalf of my wife and me, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your company for all your help and assistance with the purchase of the Paris Cast Iron Fireplace Package (the wife loves it as it looks so good and the electric fire is so like the real thing and makes the room feels so much cozier).
It was refreshing to find a company in this day and age who not only provide goods at very reasonable prices and provide such a quality items and deliver so promptly (Your driver/delivery man was polite and courteous and a credit to your company) but also trusts its customers to pay cash on delivery.

quick and easy process of ordering the fireplace
I had a couple of initial queries before I ordered the fireplace so I called your office to speak to somebody about my queries. I can’t quite remember who I spoke to but they were really helpful.
The process of ordering the fireplace was quick and easy and I liked the courtesy call the day before delivery to confirm an approximate time. The person who delivered the fireplace was friendly and explained everything clearly.
