I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

Made to Measure
We offer a full bespoke made to measure service on this fire surround, a standard charge of £100 for this is added for dimensions that vary within 6” of our standard mantels.
Any larger than this would have to be quoted by email.
Please email us after order or add the dimensions into the customer comments box we do require all Dimensions A B C D E and whether a rebate is required.
We will check these over to ensure it will work and contact you to confirm order.

The oiled finish we use on our surrounds is a traditional finishing oil and is hand applied to create the perfect patina we can also supply the surround untreated for customers who wish to colour it themselves

Pure Quality
Thank you for your recent email regarding the fire surround we purchased from your company. As you may remember, I was nervous about ordering from an online company as could not see the quality and finish of the item, but was reassured when you offered to send a picture of our actual fire surround before despatch. When the item arrived we were absolutely delighted, it is beautifully made and looks pure quality. It is a lovely addition to our home. The measurements on the website were spot on. I would also like to say what a pleasant experience it was to deal with you and would certainly recommend your company to anyone

Fits like a glove
Thank-you for our oak lincoln mantel you made for us it really fits a treat, i now understand what you meant by the rebate strip and in not working to fit around our stockton stove.
It fits like a glove and im very pleased we waited the extra week to get it completed.
What we could not believe was the fact you delivered exactly ontime and your delivery driver Steve carried it into our house and expalined how to attach concealed brackets.
