I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

The Bedford Pine Wooden Surround is one of our more traditional mantels. With column legs, smooth corbel detailing underneath the mantel and a chunky mantel top, it’s a solid, substantial surround that teams brilliantly well with a range of our traditional stoves and fires, all for a bargain price.

Made to Measure
We offer a full bespoke made to measure service on this fire surround, a standard charge of £75 for this is added for dimensions that vary within 6” of our standard mantels.
Any larger than this would have to be quoted by email.
Please email us after order or add the dimensions into the customer comments box we do require all Dimensions A B C D E and whether a rebate is required.
We will check these over to ensure it will work and contact you to confirm order.

The waxed finish we use on our surrounds is a traditional antique pine look and is hand applied we can also supply the surround unwaxed for customers who wish to colour it themselves.

I cannot fault your help and service
Many thanks for the great service given from the intial phone call, where your help and advice was a lot better than others we had tried calling as you actually seemed interested in helping us with our enquiry.
As for the the Mantel very nice and very well made with quick turn round from order to delivery, I cannot fault your help and service given it was very good and will definatley rceommend to anyone else looking for a new mantel.

You guys arrived exactly when you said you would
the fireplace arrived safe and sound, I must say it will look fab when it’s installed. It is so solid and expensive looking and is really well made. I have to also say that it was such a pleasure dealing with a company that can actually give a time of delivery and not the dreaded am/pm slot. You guys arrived exactly when you said you would arrive, I would have no hesitation in recommending your company.
