Could not be any better – perfect service
My chimney breast is only 51 inches so options for this type of fireplace are limited. Not only was this the best tiled option on the market but it was at the best price and castfireplaces have about the best reputation of any suppliers. My experience from start to finish was faultless. You could mark them out of any number you like 5/5, 10/10, 100 out of 100. The customer service was genuine and helpful, the price and quality excellent, delivery slot convenient and driver arrived on time, absolutely no fuss, confusion or complication at any point. Excellent. The fireplace itself is beautiful and one of the best investments you could make for less than £1000. You will not regret buying one of these.
