Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. Great service all the way through to delivery. Arrived all in excellent condition. I phoned many times before purchasing and asked loads of questions and I was helped out with everything. Really appreciated all the help. I am totally chuffed to pieces with my new fireplace. Sorry for the mid build picture but our room is not quite finished yet so a bit of a dusty photo.

I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

I would just like to say how easy the whole experience of buying my two fires and fireplaces. Family Run Fireplace Business
Apologies for the delay. We only just moved into the house a few weeks ago and have had the pleasure of enjoying the fireplaces we bought from you. Here are some comments from me, hope they are useful:
After visiting a couple of fireplace shops in my local area and researching online, I finally bought two lovely iron cast tiled fireplaces from Cast Fireplaces online – as these were the most cost effective (fantastic VAT included prices), beautiful looking and more choice. I bought one for my living room and another for my dining room, and I am extremely happy with them. The fireplaces are a centerpiece in both rooms, really lovely to look at. The service offered from Mark was exceptional, communication was constant and regular and delivery was smooth as arranged. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for excellent priced fireplaces to take the plunge and go for this company online. Since it’s a family run business, I felt I could trust in Mark, and I am happy I did!
I have not had the chance to use the fireplaces yet, so hope to one day this winter!

We are very pleased with every aspect of the service provided by you. We were impressed with the showroom and wide range of high quality fireplace options you provide and believe that the one we ordered was very good value for money.
The ordering process was painless, the fireplace was delivered promptly on the day and at the time arranged by a really helpful delivery driver.
We also liked the emphasis on the opportunity to change the fireplace if we did not like it as it is not always easy to be sure until you have it delivered.
The fireplace is now fitted and we are delighted with how it looks as it has transformed the living room.
