If you require a gas or electric fire for this suite, please view our Fires and Fret section, where you can choose a suitable option.
Fuel Options Explained
Damper Flap
A plate that closes the flue to help stop draughts coming down the chimney. It also makes the fireplace look more complete.
Solid Fuel Kit
Needed if you want to burn real fuel such as wood or coal. It includes the parts required for a working fire and also gives the fireplace a more complete look.
Deeper Back Solid Fuel
A deeper fireback for a larger fire area, ideal for logs. It increases the depth by around 50mm and comes with the correct solid fuel kit.
Nuflame Gas Fire
A real flame gas fire with decorative coals. It needs a working flue and is suitable for class 1 and class 2 chimneys. It gives a more realistic flame than standard gas options.
Bioethanol Fire
A living flame option for customers without gas or solid fuel. It uses bioethanol fuel, produces no mess or fumes, and does not need a chimney. A recess is still required, so it will not work on a flat wall.
SLE35i Electric Fire
An electric fire made for cast iron inserts. It creates a realistic glow effect with decorative coal bed, with optional heat from a fan. It needs a recess into the chimney breast and will not work on a flat wall.

Fantastic service from my first contact Fantastic service from my first contact when trying to decide which fireplace to buy to delivery. After buying online I was wondering how to take time off from work for its delivery so was pleasantly surprised to hear that delivery would be made on Sunday morning when of course i was at home!

Fascia FireMy overall experience with Castfireplaces.co.uk was very good. The website is easy to use and informative. The price was great and so was the customer service when i called both before and after the purchase with questions. The fireplace was delivered 5 days earlier than I expected and I received a phone call the day before giving me a one hour delivery window. The driver was very helpful and lifted the fireplace and hearth in to the living room for my wife. The fireplace is now fitted and looking great.
