I bought a multi-fuel stove in December 2024. I bought on line after speaking with the company and checking it would suit my needs. They were really helpful. The stove then arrived when they said it would, it was securely boxed, and the delivery man kindly put it where I asked. Important as it had to stand there a long time - it has just been fitted now - June 25!. It absolutely fits the bill and has been worth waiting for. Haven't really tried it out given the current temperatures, but look forward to a warm winter. Thank you

Cast fireplaces were very helpful and responsive to my queries prior to purchase. Delivery was quick and I am really happy with the fireplace, the only issue we had was that the fitter said we should have got a t-shaped hearth but this wasn’t a purchase option so I wasn’t aware that this was what we needed. He has made it work though and it looks fantastic, I would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic service from my first contact
Fantastic service from my first contact when trying to decide which fireplace to buy to delivery. After buying online I was wondering how to take time off from work for its delivery so was pleasantly surprised to hear that delivery would be made on Sunday morning when of course i was at home!

Fascia Fire
My overall experience with Castfireplaces.co.uk was very good. The website is easy to use and informative. The price was great and so was the customer service when i called both before and after the purchase with questions. The fireplace was delivered 5 days earlier than I expected and I received a phone call the day before giving me a one hour delivery window. The driver was very helpful and lifted the fireplace and hearth in to the living room for my wife. The fireplace is now fitted and looking great.
