Full marks for a excellent transaction. Delivery was within 2 minutes of the promised time despite traveling from Debyshire to London. I felt there was someone at the end of the phone if I needed help -which of course I did. The fireplace is lovely, although a little darker than expected. It was quite tricky to assemble. But I have no complaints and I am very pleased with my choice and the service I received.
