I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

I went away to check the measurements and my chimney and I then ordered online. The fireplace was dispatched shortly afterwards. Due to being further away, I had a local fitter install. Having been let down by another online fireplace supplier who failed to deliver within there advertised delivery times we contacted castfireplaces and really wished we had ordered with them first.
Fantastic response by email, telephone and confirmed delivery time the next morning after ordering online.
Arrived within 3 days delivered by the most pleasant delivery guy ive ever met and he was ontime too.
Your company is a credit to online shopping we will be back for another fireplace when decorating the study.

Impressive company
Thank you for the email. I was very impressed with the company and the way in which the goods arrived on time and within a two hour slot which is amazing in this day and age. The emails giving me up-to-date information on the progress of my order also helped to reassure me that something was happening rather than the normal lack of information from some companies. So overall an excellent experience.
Just one side issue – should the fireplace have a grate, at present the fireplace just has a gap with no fire basket base. Also how does the chimmney closure flap work it seems difficult to close at present.
Thanks for asking my opinion – much appreciated. I will definitly be ordering again if I need a new fireplace.

Lovely Fireplace
The Nottage fireplace arrived on time and my tenant reported that the delivery men were very nice and even made sure that the surround couldn’t be knocked over when they brought it in. Our gas fitter had no problems fitting it and the tenant reports that it works well. It certainly looks very good in its new home in a Victorian terraced house
