Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. easy to deal with and competitive on pricing
Cast Fireplaces were easy to deal with and competitive on pricing. The delivery team arrived on time and were very pleasant. Most importantly the fireplace looks great and has made a massive difference to our lounge, highly recommended!
