Fuel Options Explained
Damper Flap
A plate that closes the flue to help stop draughts coming down the chimney. It also makes the fireplace look more complete.
Solid Fuel Kit
Needed if you want to burn real fuel such as wood or coal. It includes the parts required for a working fire and also gives the fireplace a more complete look.
Deeper Back Solid Fuel
A deeper fireback for a larger fire area, ideal for logs. It increases the depth by around 50mm and comes with the correct solid fuel kit.
Nuflame Gas Fire
A real flame gas fire with decorative coals. It needs a working flue and is suitable for class 1 and class 2 chimneys. It gives a more realistic flame than standard gas options.
Bioethanol Fire
A living flame option for customers without gas or solid fuel. It uses bioethanol fuel, produces no mess or fumes, and does not need a chimney. A recess is still required, so it will not work on a flat wall.
SLE35i Electric Fire
An electric fire made for cast iron inserts. It creates a realistic glow effect with decorative coal bed, with optional heat from a fan. It needs a recess into the chimney breast and will not work on a flat wall.

Great help and advise I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help and advise on purchasing my new fire and surround, they look lovely and I am very pleased with them.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for you from answering my many emails even late at night to storing my fireplace until I was ready for delivery.
And it was great to be able to come see the fireplaces in your showroom prior to buying, seeing the great quality of the oak surround was what made me decide to buy from you and I was not disappointed with either the goods or the service.
I will have no problem recommending your company to friends in the future.

Solid Oak at MDF pricesThanks for your timely delivery last Sunday of our new oak fireplace, I am very impressed with quality of the oak mantlepiece it is fantastic and to be made from solid oak at the price sold is amazing.
We saw in a local fireplace shop a similar fire for £450 extra and that mantel was made from MDF not sold oak so we are very happy we found you online.
Once again thanks to your delivery driver Stuart i think his name was a real freindly man at 8am in the morning after driving 3 hours to get to us.
Warm Regards
