I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

the fireplace arrived between the times quoted and the van driver was very pleasant and helpful. Your website was easy to use as the package included everything you needed at one price rather than having to put the package together yourself and then work out the cost as with other sites. I would definitely recommend you to others.

Advice and service given to me while I was ordering my fireplace order was excellent. Timings were almost perfect with fireplace order arriving well within the predicted time given. I’m thrilled with my purchase
The customer service received from your company was superb from start to finish. Having made my choice from the website, I contacted you by email on 2nd January 2012 at 11:50 with a query about the fire. I did not expect a reply as it was still the bank holiday but you replied at 12:14 with an answer ! Having decided to place an order the same day, I received a telephone call from you early evening on Tues 3rd January to ask if I could take delivery on Thursday 5th Jan. A driver turned up exactly as promised at about 08:30, carried everything into the appropriate room and checked everything off the order etc. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure I was completely happy before he left. The fire itself is now fitted and looks lovely. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would confidently recommend you to others. Its not just about the end product, its about the treatment you give along the way which was second to none. Well done.

cheapest prices by far
We found the fireplace that we wanted and then shopped around on the web to find the best price. Castfireplaces was the cheapest by far. Contact from the company was brilliant and they arranged delivery with a 30 minute time slot and delivered really quickly. When the fireplace arrived, we were thrilled. The fireplace was beautiful and really heavy and good quality. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fireplace

Great fire
Fireplace was fantastic and the pictures on the site do not do it justice . Everyone that visits my home like the fireplace and thought it cost hundreds of pounds more than the actual price From start to finish the service was excellent and on a par with the big high street names
