Having made my choice from the website, I contacted you by email on 2nd January 2012 at 11:50 with a query about the fire. I did not expect a reply as it was still the bank holiday but you replied at 12:14 with an answer ! Having decided to place an order the same day, I received a telephone call from you early evening on Tues 3rd January to ask if I could take delivery on Thursday 5th Jan. A driver turned up exactly as promised at about 08:30, carried everything into the appropriate room and checked everything off the order etc. He was extremely pleasant and helpful and made sure I was completely happy before he left. The fire itself is now fitted and looks lovely. I’m thrilled with my purchase and would confidently recommend you to others.
