Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. Great service all the way through to delivery. Arrived all in excellent condition. I phoned many times before purchasing and asked loads of questions and I was helped out with everything. Really appreciated all the help. I am totally chuffed to pieces with my new fireplace. Sorry for the mid build picture but our room is not quite finished yet so a bit of a dusty photo.

I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

extremely impressed with the high standard of service
I was extremely impressed with the high standard of service that you and your company offered. You were so helpful on the phone, even when I changed my delivery address a couple of days beforehand.
Your driver arrived during the hour you stated to us – again most impressive – he was courteous and polite throughout the delivery and told us not to hesitate in calling through if we had any issues.
I am happy to say that we don’t have any issues and we love the look of our new Zen Fire Basket – it is a perfect size for our fireplace and just looks great.
