Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

Great service all the way through to delivery. Arrived all in excellent condition. I phoned many times before purchasing and asked loads of questions and I was helped out with everything. I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

Description

Granite polished hearths are available in sizes from 30″ to 60″. The hearth shown is 54″ x 15″.

They can be used for Display Use – Gas – Electric and Bioethanol.

The hearths are 15″ or 18″ deep and are one solid piece and are 2″ high and are boxed and lipped. The top is 20mm thick with 30mm risers, making it a total height of 50mm.

Hearths can not be used for solid fuel, or they will crack see our other items for solid fuel use hearths.

I would recommend castfireplaces.co.uk to everyone for a first class service.

I am very pleased with my hearth.
Your website was very easy to use and also gave me advice on which hearth would be suitable for my fireplace and real flame fire, a number of sizes and a lot of choice.
When I put my order in it was very clear as to how long it would take to be delivered and also that delivery would be confirmed the day before
I found your prices very good, even with the £50 delivery charge the price was still very good.
Your delivery chap carried the hearth into the room it was required and he was very helpful.
Overall a very good experience……….far easier than me going to a shop and trying to transport a granite hearth home
