I chose to purchase a multi-fuel burner from Cast Fireplaces due to the extra service they promised regarding delivery. Some sites offered the same model with free delivery (slightly cheaper) but only a curb side service and little option about delivery window, which did not suit my needs. The service from Cast Fireplaces did not disappoint. From the time of ordering the stove, through to delivery, the communication was excellent. The gentleman who delivered it was friendly and professional, kept me updated regarding delivery timings and safely delivered it directly into the property. I unfortunately experienced an issue with the stove handle not operating correctly, however, Mark was very helpful in ensuring that this matter was resolved, despite the manufacturer not offering a satisfactory solution. Putting aside that initial setback, I am very happy with the stove and would definitely recommend Cast Fireplaces and their team.

Description

Granite polished hearths for solid fuel use
Cut into 4 main sections and 4 small sections at the back and slabbed for Solid fuel. These are expansion and contraction joints to allow movement in the hearth with intense heat.

They are 18″ in depth and 50mm in height.

Picture shows 54″ x 18″ Hearth

These hearths will expand and contract from the heat of solid fuel fire. Available in sizes from 36″ to 54″

Excellent product and customer service to match
Wanting to renew an old tiled hearth for our existing fireplace, we were struggling to find something in the right width from other suppliers. Dropped an email to Cast Fireplaces initially for a custom sized hearth quote, and received a prompt, helpful response. Eventually opted for a ‘standard’ size version, which looks perfect in our room. Great customer service from start to finish – especially appreciated the early notification of delivery time slot. The hearth itself is beautifully made and would recommend for anyone wanting to add a touch of class to their room.

The hearth and soot door were just what we hoped for and the service we received was excellent. I had a phone call with a precise delivery time and was able to leave work, take delivery and be back at work well within my lunch hour. Both are now fitted.
