So the wife wanted a Victorian fireplace with a real flame, but gas was not an option for us. We decide on a Gel fire, and i found many website selling such fires. The first thing that struck about Cast Fire Places was the price, 20% cheaper than the others. Then, i called to discus the suitability for using gel. Phone answered immediately by a real person who had all the knowledge and advice i needed. He also referred me to the ‘Articals’ section on the website, an excellent resource. I placed the order, and got a call a week later to tell me delivery would be for Sunday between 1 & 2PM. At 1:15 the door knocks, and i am again very impressed by the care taken to protect my fire and the expert way it was manoeuvred into my home.

I wish I had come across this site first as it would have saved me a lot of wasted time, they beat the competition hands down on price and quality. we have received delivery of the fireplace thank you. We are not having it fitted until the 10th May however.
