I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

Rebate Option
Our marble surrounds come with a standard 75mm rebate, designed for use with arched inserts, cast iron fireplaces, or tiled inserts etc.

If you’re installing the mantel on a flat wall (without an insert or chamber), select the no rebate required option. This includes an infilled rebate, making the surround suitable for flat wall installations and eliminating any visible gap between the inner legs and the wall.

everything in top condition
I was very pleased with my experience of dealing with cast fireplaces. The product was good, and looked if anything, better than it did on the website. The service was first class. Someone came back to me quickly and answered any questions I had. Someone reviewed the order to make sure that all the elements of the fireplace I wanted were compatible. The delivery was within a one hour slot and arrived exactly as promised with everything in top condition. This was really very impressive. Everything was as it said on the box.
