The whole process was great from start to finish, we got the advice we needed over the phone and our order confirmed within 24 hours. They even recommended a local fitter for us. Our fireplace was delivered 6 days later on a Sunday at the exact time stated. This was one of the reasons we chose Cast and Pine, as working full time means it’s difficult to be at home during the week. After a couple of bad experiences with ordering furniture over the internet, it was a relief to know there are companies out there getting it right.
