I received really great, personal-feeling customer service from Cast Fireplaces and would definitely recommend them. I went with Cast Fireplaces as they had better dimensions and sizing information than most of the other sites I saw. I ordered an insert and surround as a purely aesthetic fireplace. Worked great. really happy with the quality. And is a welcome upgrade from the cheap all in one firepalce that was there before.

The whole process was great from start to finish,
The whole process was great from start to finish, we got the advice we needed over the phone and our order confirmed within 24 hours. They even recommended a local fitter for us. Our fireplace was delivered 6 days later on a Sunday at the exact time stated. This was one of the reasons we chose Cast and Pine, as working full time means it’s difficult to be at home during the week. After a couple of bad experiences with ordering furniture over the internet, it was a relief to know there are companies out there getting it right. We are really pleased with out fireplace and would definitely recommend Cast and Pine to anyone looking for great service and good value
