I found your website via Google when looking for a cast iron fireplace insert. I realised very quickly that the prices for identical items were significantly cheaper than any other website. Same manufacturer, same product code but with big savings! Ordering online was very easy and straightforward. Even though I suddenly realised I had made a mistake and had forgotton to order the tiles we wanted, a quick phonecall was all that was necessary. The person dealing with my query was very pleasant and helpful and they were simply added to the previous order and delivered as one without generating a second delivery charge. The fireplace was delivered as promised and it looks great. It will be used to replace a damaged insert in our listed house and the conservation officer from our local district council was delighted with the quality of the insert and tiles when she carried out an inspection prior to installation. I am delighted with everything, the prices, service and quality. Cast Fireplaces were extremely easy to work with – they have a great website with lots of good quality pictures, but more importantly (because buying fireplaces is fairly complicated), they are excellent at answering questions over email. They were very patient with dealing with all my queries, and a pleasure to deal with over the phone. It’s great to get this level of service as well as competitive prices (all too often, it’s one or the other). Finally, they delivered on the day they said they would, confirmed timings in advance and even gave me a 30 minute warning so I could get to site to meet the delivery driver, who was very friendly. All in all, a superb service.
