Cast Fireplaces were incredibly helpful when we were initially making enquiries regarding our bespoke fire surround. The overall choice was so comprehensive and we eventually settled on oiled oak. The ordering process couldn't have been more straight forward & we were advised of production time at that stage. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was as they had predicted, although we did feel that the delivery charge was rather excessive. However, we are delighted with the finished product and it really has become the focal point in our room. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cast Fireplaces for their excellent customer care and product.

When we book delivery it arrives on time and undamaged, yes we could do it cheaper by couriers and 3rd party transport but that then offers a service we could not trust. I love this company. We just needed an oak surround, but I almost feel like fitting another fireplace just to use them again. Mark went out of his way to enable us to call in when passing through, so we could see e surrounds in the flesh. We could then easily order on line, including customising. They waited for us to get back from holiday before dispatching, communication was great, and delivery was spot-on. And we have saved a pile of cash.

The fireplace itself was well packed and fully complete
The fireplace is magnificent. It is admired by all who see it and the delivery time and delivery procedures were superb. It made it very easy for us to set times for delivery and minimise wasted time waiting around.
The fireplace itself was well packed and fully complete – not something that can always be said for mail order deliveries.
Your business makes the ordering process and delivery very easy. The attention to detail (such as the sending off my two orders as one package and thereby saving me a delivery charge) is something you do not regularly come across.
I must compliment you on the whole process.

Excellent Service
Cast Fireplaces were extremely easy to work with – they have a great website with lots of good quality pictures, but more importantly (because buying fireplaces is fairly complicated), they are excellent at answering questions over email. They were very patient with dealing with all my queries, and a pleasure to deal with over the phone. It’s great to get this level of service as well as competitive prices (all too often, it’s one or the other). Finally, they delivered on the day they said they would, confirmed timings in advance and even gave me a 30 minute warning so I could get to site to meet the delivery driver, who was very friendly. All in all, a superb service.

The fireplace arrived as expected thank you.
I found your website via Google when looking for a cast iron fireplace insert. I realised very quickly that the prices for identical items were significantly cheaper than any other website. Same manufacturer, same product code but with big savings! Ordering online was very easy and straightforward. Even though I suddenly realised I had made a mistake and had forgotton to order the tiles we wanted, a quick phonecall was all that was necessary. The person dealing with my query was very pleasant and helpful and they were simply added to the previous order and delivered as one without generating a second delivery charge. The fireplace was delivered as promised and it looks great. It will be used to replace a damaged insert in our listed house and the conservation officer from our local district council was delighted with the quality of the insert and tiles when she carried out an inspection prior to installation. I am delighted with everything, the prices, service and quality. Your website is now one of my bookmarks and I will be using it again when we get round to renovating another one of the fireplaces in the next year or two. Many thanks for everything!
