Simply Fantastic
I am pleased that you have contacted me as i have been wanting to thank you for such a beautiful fireplace. From ordering the fireplace, to delivery the standard has been exceptional. The tiles came already put togther which the fire-fitter of twenty years had never seen done before and was very impressed by the standard and care of service and commitment.
I intially bought to many tiles for the fireplace etc which i was unaware which i had purchased but within a couple of hours i had a telephone call, and an email to explain that i had orderd to much for the fireplace and that a refund had already been put back into my account. This just shows the commitment and honesty of your company. (As i personally would have never been aware that i had ordered to much).
I have had only praise for the fireplace and a bit of jealously at how fabulous it looks in my lounge, it has transformed the lounge and has made a super feature.
I can not praise your company enough, and would reccomend you to anyone. Its great that excellant care, attention and service still exists in such a busy world, companies like yours deserve to thrive and prosper.
